Terrible customer service.
Phone number doesn’t work to call anyone and takes over a week to get a reply by email if you even get one at all. They take the money quickly but no receipt of payment or shipping information. I would avoid!
Purchased a Ninja Air Fryer. The base stopped working while under warranty. I had to pay $25 to ship a new base. It stopped working again, unfortunately, it was just out of it’s year warranty. They only offered a small percentage off to purchase a new unit. We use the air fryer maybe a few times a month. There is NO reason it should stop working. Shame on you Ninja for making a horrible product and slapping a high price tag on it. I will steer clean of all Ninja products in the future.

You might want to tell your consumers that they need to remove the paper disc you have on the heating element before pre heating or using so they don’t possibly burn their house down!!!!! Very poor, whole house stinks like burnt paper now!!!!!
I had my Ninja blender for maybe a year and a half, using it twice weekly before the thing just stopped working. Mind you this is the large Ninja blender that boasts its ability to grind ice cubes into snow. The motor decided it was done one day. No effort of reimbursement or product replacement by Ninja even though their product is defective. Siting a "1 year warranty" they denied me a replacement blender. 1 Year? So after a year and a half of normal use it's designed to break so you have to buy a new one? My grandma's blender from 300 years ago still works better than my "top of the line" Ninja. Absolutely trash product and embarrassing customer service. Not right. I will never buy another Ninja product and tell others to avoid them as well.

I believe the Ninja Food Smart grill is a great kitchen small appliance. It is imperative to aim for eating healthier and wiser in times of global pandemic. I believe the food grill is healthier choice mainly for its ability to extract and drip fatenning cooking oils and other cooking solutions that is important to maintain a healthy and fit self.
Great product (so far), but absolutely terrible customer service.
I ordered muffin mould, received completely different item. Sent many emails to customer service, reply is usually after 2 days and completely unhelpful. Dealing with them over a week now, still not sorted. No I have received email that they will collect the wrong item between 9-5 tomorrow?!? Seriously, as a working person I can’t stay at home for all day and wait for collection.
I am really disappointed and honestly will never order anything from this website again.
Ordered via ninja cooking.co.uk, and order confirmed . Website still states order by 3pm including weekends for next day delivery.
I ordered Sunday at 2pm . Spoke to customer service next day at 9am , promised it will be with me Tuesday by 7 different advisors, nothing arrived! and today Thursday to then be by another advisor it was never going to be next and said website should say 5 days. No it did not! No interest from customer service agent to resolve, I asked for a manager to call me on Monday and was told 48 hours for call back no call back and told today managers too busy and probably won't call as they won't be able to say when it will arrive . I have no idea when I will receive my order that was supposed to be a birthday present for my husband. Utter disgrace of a company happy to take your money but not deliver your goods
Absolutely horrible..
They didn't even care FEDEX lost my package. Still made me wait 15 days after it was shipped to get a refund. Oh then imagen when they didn't want to refund my total amount. After calling ridiculous amounts of times I was told I had to send it back for a refund. Well for starters I didn't receive the product! Then I was told I wasn't getting the shipping back then I wasn't getting sales tax back back! Now the shipping is thru a 3rd party company! Oh and even the manager doesn't care I am not getting my shipping I have to call FEDEX this company is a joke! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!

Service is so bad, the advisors are clueless, working from home and just trying to end call, no help.
Request for a manager to contact me, they now took my faulty airfryer with no delivery date for my replacement. Poor communication and unhelpful
I have the Ninja Kitchen system which I purchased several years ago from a TV promotion. I mostly use the small single serve containers for smoothies. They have begun to leak badly and the liquid gets under the rubber feet, making a huge mess.
Today I tried to blend soup in the food processor bowl and after trying several times to start it, the power button kept blinking which indicates it is not assembled properly. Tried it using big pitcher and same thing happened. I know how to assemble it because it has worked before. Too much trouble to keep trying to figure it out. It is much too big and bulky anyway, and I am going to get rid of it.
I do not recommend buying it!
Have already sent one air fryer back as I couldn’t open the lid under my cupboard. Not enough space.
Had to wait 10 days before I could get refund. No confirmation on this. Had to ring company to find out what happened to it as I’d no paper work in the box for returns. Ordered a different style but wished I read these comments. When I placed the ordered unbeknown to me the system ordered 3. Couldn’t cancel they said so I’ve got to reject 2 and wait for refund. Hope it works after all these poor comments !
